Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to OBSIDIA

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
